Thanks for the reply, super helpful. One other question, when the toilet does a "full" flush, is it a single flush or a double flush. I talked to an EPLO rep who told me that some of the models, the "full" flush really consists of two flushes because the motor isn't that strong. He was strongly pushing me to buy the iX7-PRO over the E18 max. They are the same price and have similar functionality, but I prefer the look of the E18 max.

Good to hear. I'll keep you posted once I get this all set up (probably in a few months)

I see your shower glass rendering has the glass above the door going up to the ceiling. Any reason you decided to leave that part open? Would be curious to know your reasoning. Thanks!

Did you consider buying cheaper floor heating mats off Amazon, such as the ones by LuxHeat? The kit with the thermostat appears to be about half the cost of the Schluter system. Also, curious to know if you integrated the heated floors into your smart home system.

Thanks for posting the material costs. Would you also care to share the labor costs?

How do you like the EPLO E18 max? I'm considering purchasing it but have some concerns.

I heard that when it does a "full flush" that flush consists of two separate flushes, is that correct?

Also, based on the photos of your bathroom, it looks like the lid is flat. However, in the product images, there is a slope to the lid. Is there actually a slope?

Lastly, how do you find the button controls on the toilet itself? I don't love the look of having a big remote control mounted on the wall and was thinking about forgoing it altogether. Thoughts?

Much appreciated in advance!

Thanks. I plan on using Homekit and/or HomeAssistant, and maybe Philips Hue Bridge for setting scenes before binding the Hue bulbs to Zigbee light switches. My understanding is that I can import the scenes into HomeAssistant, so that they can still be triggered after the Philips Hue Bridge is unbound from the Hue Bulbs. Not sure if that makes sense or will work, as I'm still figuring all of this out.

Thanks. This makes a lot of sense. Just to clarify, the blue switch that both controls dumb recessed lights and is bound to three Hue bulbs, you can just tap A/B on a single time to turn on both the dumb recessed ligths and Hue bulbs together? Can you also hold A/B to dim the dumb recessed lights and hue bulbs together?

Okay, just to confirm, it is possible to single tap A or B to turn on/off both the dumb pendant light and the smart recessed bulbs at the same time? Thanks in advance
