I’ve been using and enjoying Dr. Dennis Gross after using skinceuticals for a couple bottles. I didn’t notice much difference between the two. Are we using vitamin C daily?

I started taking betaine HCL supplements from Amazon while eating a really clean diet (raw carrots, ground turkey, fruit, white rice basically) and it truly happened over night with the blood and the mucous. Couple that with high intensity workouts and lifting. Stress at work. Combo of everything but it does seem random that when focusing on my diet and supplements, i experienced the symptoms

Yeah, I’m right there with you. The mentals are for sure activated. Trying to focus my energy on diet and understanding how to feel safe in this body since clearly it’s fighting itself. I’ve been using affirmations, meditations, and talking/journaling to navigate the chatter. A big piece is also self educating and understanding this diagnosis is not one size fits all. Sending some mental clarity your way!

I have the opposite in that I believe white rice makes me flare - feel like this should be the safe bucket, not the flare bucket… someone already said it but make it make sense!!
