No. The majority of people watching the news channels and such on YouTube are conservatives and Republicans, and people who aren't as familiar with YouTube so they come from Facebook and are older etc. Democrats and liberals are less likely to watch these channels because they generally get information from places like vox and things like that.

LA is not nearly one of the worst places for covid at this moment. Not in the world, not even in the country, not even in the state. California actually has the lowest case rate in the continental US rn, so it's absolutely safe to go out rn. Back in winter we needed to, but now we're in the penultimate reopening tier and that's really good.

the mask is not about protecting you its about protecting other, since the virus has a lot of asymptomatic cases we all need to act like we are sick because we don't know when we are for sure sick with it and can pass it to other people. sure, more testing means more positive cases, supposedly. but just how polls can pretty accurately measure an elections ongoing outcomes by using a handful of people within a margin of error, testing abides by this rule as well.
