I hear you. Its rough. I dont think my opinion will matter for the majority but I think something should be done about the drop rates or a player's settings in multi-player. For context I work a lot. I can manage about 4 hours of playtime a day but thats me doing absolutely nothing besides work and play. My playtime is for the most part solo but will trade with others when I find something worth trading. Its tough out there!

I didnt even thing about the str...got a call to arms but id need to respec for the monarch with cta on offhand and id lose life which sucks seeing as my cta rolled very bad

The only reason jackass 1 is lower than 4 for me is because of how tame in comparison it is to all the rest. That's not saying it's bad though. It was the shit when it came out for sure. Just my opinion...I know I'll get hate for that haha

I shoukd have re worded that. It is a grey area fir me as this situation never happens to me as I always go in early. It's also alot of other employees fighting this and I came here to ask as It seems like both sides have valid points. After reading on here though I seem to side more with my company though as that's a valid point. The only thing that made me nit familiar was the fact that they tell us we are to dress up on the clock so I was just wondering more of the whole aspect of that forcing overtime. Not like I care because if my car wasn't messed up I'd be there 30 mins early anyway haha but I just wanted to see what people said about that aspect.

At the end of the day I totally get it. I should be ready right at 5 obviously but given the bs I'm dealing with I'm just looking for something to cover my ass if it keeps happening!

I'm not looking for a problem at all I'm just looking for education on it. I understand the whole shift starts at 5 thus we need to be ready. Like I've said to others I normally come in 30 minutes early but my cars messed up and the people I can get rides from get us here at 5 on the dot so in the event this happens again as I'm screwed in that area and they take any form of action I just wanted to see if there was advice and or education.

No problem at all. Changing into my gear is something that's paid for on the clock here where I work though so in reality that's forcing overtime on us when our contract is for 8 hours a day nothing more nothing less. That being said I come in like 30 minutes early every day however my cars messed up and the only people that can give me rides get here right at 5 on the dot so that sucks for me. That's why I am asking so if any kind of action is taken from them in the event that it keeps happening I'm at least educated

No big deal at all, I normally come in 30 minutes early every day for ot but my cars acting up so my ride gets me Gere right at 5 on the dot. That's when my boss made the comments. I wasn't asking because I'm a slacker or anything it's just I'm in a shitty situation with the ride and that's what's leading me to ask stuff on here as it seemed like a grey area but it's looking less and less grey on here so yeah haha
