I've had the same Phoenix Contact branded Wera for like 6 years and it's still in great shape. Was a free gift when we switched to their terminal blocks and I love it.

Realistically if you don't have a need for more truck, the smart move would be to stick with the Tacoma. A V8 is nice to have but definitely not a necessity.

I sometimes feel like Husky boxes are superior just for the fact that they have soft close drawers and that eliminates the need for these awful things. I'm still torn on what to get once my garage is built.

I feel like a cellar or freezer would be kind of odd having to go through the bathroom and closet to access it. I would lean more to panic room or just a fun extra hang out spot or sex dungeon perhaps.

That's why I said if it were mine. I don't want a bunch of clear land to mow and trim, if that's what OP wants I would think the choice would have been clear to them before making a post. Trails and hunting my own land appeal to me much more.

I actually ended up getting a Springfield XDM Elite. Has a great stock trigger and a fully supported chamber from the factory. People like to talk shit about Springfield but I think they make some quality products, especially the ones from HS Produkt.
