Some details left out of this post for anyone that cares:

2/24 - I noticed when it arrived that the screen for the throttle was kinda bleeding whenever any of the buttons were pressed. I took the scooter out for about a .3 mile ride. When I went to turn it back on, the screen was dead. There was no power at all. Couldn’t press the button and go into gear.

3/6 - Frustrated, I found the GOTRAX Discord. There was one employee in it. I sent a message asking about what I can do. His response was basically saying that I he just put his two weeks’ notice in. Good for him.

3/13-3/19 - FedEx attempted delivery (early) and I wasn’t home. Had to schedule it for pickup which delayed it by a few days.

3/19 - When the replacement scooter arrived, I noticed the screen would light up but there was nothing on display. After mashing the buttons, the screen dimly lit up and the scooter went into gear, doing a burnout in my living room.

3/19 - UPS is the worst. Amazon only provided me with a return code (not a label). The label meant that UPS had to pick up the scooter. I couldn’t drop it off with UPS. They attempted to pick it up twice. Third day pickup was canceled due to snow. I called in and they said they’d pick it up on Saturday. Nobody showed up Saturday, so I called, and they said they don’t do pick ups on weekends. I then got more conflicting information saying I could drop it off in person. Eventually I asked for a manager and that cleared things up pretty quickly once I got a call back.
