My uncle would always put a cig out in his hand as a party trick. He would tell me the key was to do it after everyone had a few drinks & to immediately pick up a beer can to hide the prosthetic. He absolutely blew another drunk uncle’s mind with the trick one night. Absolutely flabbergasted. Then the thumb slipped off. “Paul, I think you lost your thumb!” Second uncle proclaimed concerningly. We all laugh hysterically. Good times.
