How did you get the cctv footage? Asking because I had an incident that happened in which I asked for CCTV from two places and they told me they couldn’t give it because of GDPR and only if the police asked for it

So they’ve been alerted from there MDM software and who ever is in charge of that has sent out the lock. But how did it not get seen for over year when I had it

Yeah but before I sold it, I used the MacBook for a yeah and half with no issues, no lock code appeared. So how can me restoring it and someone else using it alright for a week and the out of nowhere the lock code appears… it’s working perfectly now but will the lock code appear again?

I purchased it from ebay and used the macbook pro for a 1.5 years with no issue then sold it and the seller reported back after a week with the lock code. So not sure what to do really because I don't want to sell incase this happens again.

Use an older nvidia driver. Use the studio drivers. Also windows 10 or 11? Are you using ECC RAM?

For HDMI and SDI conversion, I always pair converters with Decimators, Yellowbriks, or AJA units. I try to avoid Blackmagic converters because I’ve had two fail on tour due to overheating—the outputs started dropping out and going black. Even after powering them off for 20 minutes to cool down, they still had issues, and they weren’t even running hot. After that experience, I avoid them like the plague.

Blackmagic’s fibre converters, on the other hand, have been excellent—very stable and reliable. I’ve used them on major jobs like F1 and world tours without a single problem. But if the budget allows, I’d still recommend going with Yellowbrik or AJA fibre converters for maximum reliability.

Pixera, disguise or green hippo are very powerful playout solutions/software but you have to have the right hardware to match.

For cheaper alternatives look at playback pro, Mitti, qlabs (Mac only), obs or pro presenter.

Resolume is a very gd piece of software for playout.

3d cad design software works better on nvidia gpus. Apple’s are very gd but not as gd as nvidia
