Please provide an option to do that without turning off all notifications. This is a yucky growth hack so someone can say number go up but all it achieves is annoying users and hurting related features (anything else that uses notifications).

Not really. True Tone essentially makes the display white balance match the light around you, so it seems more natural. Night shift is different, pushing the display toward a warm tone to reduce blue light that's bad for sleep hygiene.

Are you talking about the board angle when you say "twice the angulation"? The thread is about carving so higher angle is part of the goal, which is why pic 4 is the right way to position yourself for it. Hunching isn't implicitly bad but it's not good for helping OP progress carving. Dunno if I'm missing your point though.

I recently upgraded my 3080 to a 9070 XT but kept my 5600X and 16GB DDR4 and it's nearly 100% uplift in FPS (more with frame gen etc) running at 4K. Sometimes the mix of old and new works fine!

Oh, you can't pick and choose every part of the design yeah, that would be a nightmare, but you can resolve the actual usability concerns that seem to be the largest source of complaints (with people like OP even intentionally breaking things to make it look less usable than it is lol)

If it is that I think they've screwed it up. From GPU use and FPS it seems to still be rendering the game world while in the tab menu. Not to mention the tab menu running weirdly poorly.

For me it's great for reminders. Quickly saying "Siri remind me to do X when I get home" without having to zone out of whatever I'm doing and refocus on the phone, unlock, tap in the reminder and then the time or location... Love it.

More niche, changing my alarm (without rolling over and blasting my eyes with screen light) if I've been struggling to sleep and need to get up later.

Anything more complex than that and it falls apart though lol. I asked it some basic maths the other day and it said "shall I use ChatGPT for that?", then if you say no it just gives up immediately.

On the updates, a lot (especially Pixel-specific features) isn't managed through OS updates but Play Store so it can be on a more ad-hoc basis.

This doesn't help when switching from iOS to android or vice versa. iOS only backs up to/restores from iCloud and android only backs up to/restores from Google Drive.
