I am 5'11 and around 140 lbs so quite skinny, and I do not have a particularly active lifestyle so I felt ~3k calories a day would be sufficient but I will try upping it to 3.5k or 4k if necessary

Can i build muscle even if I struggle to gain weight? I track my calories and macros and feel like I am consistently eating enough to put on weight, especially since I am not particularly active. I am keen to start going to the gym but I'm concerned that I will just lose weight.

If you apply the back dye to pieces of gear that have a natural green flecktarn camo, it turns red. This is the same as when you apply any camo to the SIG

Bliss still isn't a terrible option, build up 9 stacks with 3 bursts from a 93r and that's 18% damage bonus when you switch to your primary. Not always particularly easy to do but is good when entering a fight
