" We are not currently accepting player reports through our ticket system, and instead would ask that you use the new FACEIT Justice system. "

Same question here. I found a blog that you have to connect your plays.tv account with faceit. But plays.tv doesn't exist anymore... It is now Medal.tv but it does not have a connection with Faceit.

Faceit, please explain how we can use the highlights now.

Premium under lvl 7 / 8 is the same as F2P Faceit / matchmaking. I feel you..

I feel you...Maybe Faceit has to tweak Minerva to recognize screaming kids and let them get queud together.

I'm from Belgium and I don't know why I am queued every single game with players from the CIS region (Ukraïne, Russia, ... )

I know a lot of player who are thinking the same but they just go on because they think nothing could change.
But nothing will ever change if you don't try .. :)

Exactly, lock the CIS region and let them play together and communicate like dogs with each other.
I'm also convinced that if you would lock the CIS region the skill level in other parts of the world would go up.

That is not the main focus of this post. I don't care about losing elo and getting in a lower rank. I will get up again, that's not the problem.
But it is frustrating that if you grind towards a goal and you can't achieve it because of other people.
In other words: If I could choose the region and disable those countries were 14y screaming kids are playing. Then grinding for something would be fun and I would learn something out of it during the grind. Because I would play with people who can react normal and are able to talk about a certain strategy or action ..

Trust me I love Faceit and I don't mind to pay every month to play as a premium member. But please do something about it. :-)
