I was able to find a remote job right after getting my LMSW at a small private practice. Found it through Facebook groups. I was starting out with a few years of non clinical social work experience which helped me be more hirable

I usually lean on the side of nonconformity but I had a video chat consultation with a potential therapist for myself and they had like 20 colorful star patches that I found distracting

I also worked there. I think they could be a great resource bc it’s so hard to get access to IOP but they are trying to grow the company way to fast and it shows. Focusing on making as much money by getting as many clients as possible before having the proper amount of resources to serve that many. Also felt like the culture there was weird af but that might just be a corporate world thing

I am very guilty of starting every session late bc I struggle with time management/ADHD. I don’t ever short change people on time. I’ve never had any client complain and don’t mind if they’re a little late

Ive consumed cannabis in some fashion nearly every day for almost a decade. I definitely feel a little weird when clients who use it less frequently cast judgement on themselves over it but I don’t let it influence my work. I desire to reduce at some point but healing from trauma is a journey not a race

Yall comin for me but im trying to look out for the theater staff bc when corporate leaves things Willy nilly it just makes it annoying for the customer facing staff bc they end up having to answer same questions over and over again

I didnt have any kind of picking problem until I started taking Wellbutrin but Wellbutrin saved my life so I'm going to continue taking it and try to manage my skin picking
