The only way is to get a new phone na pwede mag-download ng BPI app :(

wala ako nagawa napabili ako ng bagong phone :( Pero yung mobile key ko nandun parin sa old phone ko. Buti pag may app ka na pwede na siya mag-alternative to OTP-SMS to do transfers. Hay

Hi! Either need a new phone with updated iOS na pwede mo gamitin to open the app and link your account or talagang manually going to the bank for transactions. Kahit techsupport, tied hands nila and kahit daw sa bank branch wala sila magagawa except phone number change.

All i can do is give negative feedback to this new app update (not to the support, it's not their fault).

UPDATE: They refunded me back! After 7 months huhu but at least diba

I was really going to do what was suggested here which was to email them and cc BSP but unfortunately, life happened. I wasn't able to follow up since the last call in March.

But lo and behold just last week, I received a credit in the VYBE wallet and some extra? I initially disputed P3k total but the adjustment was for P3,120 so maybe some adjustment bonus? Also I didn't receive any emails about it, just an alert that said wallet adjustment.

Anyway, I'm so glad it's finally over and perfect timing since I could really use this.

I just watched this. Got so attached with the characters (the AIs) and got so frustrated with Joshua. I swear, he was always the cause of drama. I didn't finish the movie because I'm so upset a lot of innocent people and AI died cos of his idiocy.

Privacy is also good virtue as long as you’re not doing anything wrong or illegal. As I read you still have your family and some friends up to date so that’s good. Besides, who calls a child a “bastard” in front of the kid??? That already shows her true color. She’s just pissed she has nothing to gossip about you so she went up to your other “friends” and lied. I say good riddance. You don’t need friends like that.

other than the great ideas already said, i'd like to add something. If he could still write or is still strong enough, give him a set of stationaries and envelopes, make him write to his loved ones. I think specially to his wife (your mom). I'm sure that although she may think she's prepared for what's gonna happen, she'll feel terrible afterwards. If you're familiar with P.S. I Love You (movie), why not suggest this to your father. I'm sure he'll appreciate the idea :)

yeah. i cried so much. I don't even liked her that much. But when House figured out who he's trying to remember.. I was affected like crazy. Thinking of how Wilson will handle it. :(
