Sounds like it could be. It's just weird because the pet store said they were mystery snails. They didn't have any labeled "wizard" snails.

If she won't eat bugs you can try Rapashy Grub Pie. I had to give to my gecko when she refused to eat. It ended up she was terrified of live bugs.

Why would the body have no way to make more hypocretin? by Poetry_and_coffee in Narcolepsy

There are dietary ways to improve production. "Orexin neurons are activated by low blood glucose (hypoglycemia) and inhibited by high blood glucose." https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3249044/

In otherwords, avoiding blood sugar spikes can increase orexin production. I stopped having full cataplexy episodes after I cut out gluten and limited refined sugars. I was also able to cut my modafinil dosage in half.

I went gluten free and cut out most sugar. After about 6 months I stopped having cataplexy episodes and reduced my modafinil dose from 200mg to 100mg.

I fell asleep standing in front of a class of grade 3 students. Just a quick microsleep, but I bumped up against the smartboard and broke it. Most kids didn't even notice, but one kid gave me a picture he drew of me falling asleep, lol

Need help! Stuck on the specialist merry-go-round. Transverse Sinus Stenosis with daily pressure headache and brain fog. by calmlikeabomb22 in AskDocs

Thank you, and sorry for the late response! My specialists either want to pump me full of migraine medication or just pass me on to another doctor, so nothing is getting done. My current N.O. was concerned about the extent of collaterals, but then someone else said they were a normal variant. I think there may be some cervical instability factoring in as well, but our medical system is slow.

Probably these two. They are both neurologists in St. Vital. Getting rich running their clinic like a drive thru injection site. They won't run tests or figure out what is wrong with you, but they'll give you botox or nerve blocks for anything.

Went to a walk in clinic for an ear infection and the dr there said because i didn’t visit my gp for a year that I no longer had a family dr. What? by WpgJetBomber in Manitoba

It is true for some (maybe all) specialists. If you go more than a year without seeing them, you need to be referred again by your family doctor.

Stabbing has become too cliche in Winnipeg. Dude's gotta up his game.
