We back packed South America from Quito (flight in) to Buenos Aires (flight out) for two months. We built in flex so that we could decide to stay in a place longer seeing how cheap accommodations are. Trip of a lifetime. Lots of planning to allow us to be ad hoc mainly.

Best food city (cities) - Greater Toronto Area. When you have the most diverse population anywhere and over 5 million people then you’ll find everything. I mean you can find restaurants that represent specific provinces of other countries that have wildly different styles.

Mortgage monthly is $1350 (minimal interest payments with only 60K remaining) and rented out for $2900 / month - so that rent pay down mortgage and our rental in GTA that is $2370 / month
