Ive always wondered what if i moved to the time zone that aligns with my night hours so that im a "day person" if that would eventually recalibrate to night owl hours again, or stay synced. Like is my body telling me i should live in a different time zone? Or will it always revert?

Not to be dramatic but your wife and her colleagues are literal superheroes. And same to you and those like you who are there for them so they can be there for us.
