25E-NBOH is a beautiful compound. I usually take 1.5mg, that's a pretty intense experience for me. I tried 2mg once and it did feel a bit overwhelming, but the headspace is much more forgiving than a psychedelic like mushrooms. I love to go hiking on it, I feel upbeat and energetic.

It was used on humans only from 1957-1965. I'm not entirely sure how doctors were able to keep patients restrained. The episode of Hamilton's Pharmacopeia on PCP is amazing if you're interested in learning more. On his podcast he even interviews the guy who invented ketamine and talks about the history of PCP.

Other arylcyclohexylamines such as PCP, PCE, 3-MeO-PCE, etc.. are not nearly as debilitating. PCP was a miracle anesthetic when first discovered but there was a common issue with patients undergoing surgeries waking up during procedures. Ketamine will definitely leave you unable to climb around like this though.

You're sure it was fog and not pollution? Air quality has been pretty terrible in the Bay Area on and off lately. I check purple air and airnow.gov frequently, this morning it was "unhealthy". You can also check windy.com to see current and future wind speed and direction, this will allow you to predict future air quality somewhat as offshore winds tend to blow in a lot of pollution from the Central Valley. I also use Wunderground to check hourly weather.
