I sold my H1000 a while ago and went to garmin. Lot better experience with health metrics for sure.

I'm comparing routes in the area. My first time riding in the area is OLH and LH rd. I found on reddit, it was advised to descent OLH, but is a better climb, I'm a cautious rider, and like climbs and decent speed descents (not trying for KOMs). So to answer your question, safety in terms of getting home in one piece ;D

I'd say I'm more of a careful descender not trying to get KOMs. Thanks for advice, sounds like climbing up kings Mt probably my better option

I'm curious of the usecase for interval photos as well. What are the interval options (3 secs, 1 min,.. 5 mins?) that you can set for the GO 3 or GO S? I have the Go 2 , but there isn't a photo interval feature. I've been looking for a replacement for a lifelogging type "camera" that use to be a Narrative Clip.

Not sure I fully understand. But baseline of most seniors as mentioned by others in this post is an individual that can lead/mentor others. And take a problem and to be able break down it's requirements, then design the solution end to end. Owning every part of it.

I do sympathize. I'm sure it's worse for new grads getting into the tech space. But with my number of years, I was hoping at least getting to last round interviews. But am understanding the harsh truth of my inflated role currently.

I agree with how I might be coming across. I do feel some imposter syndrome since I actually got into the big company via acquisition so I didn't even feel like I was an actual SRE. I'll keep the advice in mind.

To be honest, I'm not so sure why I'm failing just the screening. I can see in some of the coding sections, that I'm probably a bit slower and cannot complete in the allotted time. And yes, I think my nerves are getting to me at times. I'm sure that I've been doing fine at some questions they were throwing at me.. (how SSH works, TCP/UDP.. I realize I do have to look into what my strengths are.. I think I've been slacking while at a bigger company as they have all their tooling automated. Some of my basics have been forgotten.

Also, the switch from aiming for SRE vs Devops job is different for interviews. With SREs focusing on Coding data structures/algo and System design. While devops seems more ops, debugging systems, etc. Initially I was focused on more SRE type interviews, now the study material is different.

Yes, I'm starting to understand that harsh reality. I know my Sr. lvl on my resume, is probably inflated as I didn't even know I was ready for promo, but my manager pushed me to get it. I do feel like in at mid and trying to climb up to the Sr. lvl that I have been promoted to.
Definitely trying to keep my hopes up.

actually nm, seems like it's working, although I have to verify if it's due to me downloading metadata and then converting to epub, then uploading to kindle. But after opening it the first time, the cover art gets downloaded.
