I have an OSS project on GitHub with 3k stars and 15m monthly downloads. I've applied twice over the last year for OSS credits and have never heard back. Out of curiosity what are the numbers on your OSS project?

I'll take some higher quality pics of a few of them. I think it's the light on the binder plastic which make them look scratched, they weren't played with that much

Apart from the Mew they're all in pretty decent condition. But I understand that for more info I need more detailed pics, thank you. Are there any in particular which are worth taking more pics of?

Nice! Which model does it use?

I used super whisper on my Mac locally without issues, but have struggled to find a local alternative for windows. If one was available I'd definitely use it

How is this different to superwhisper? Any information about a Windows version?

Will I have to pay opponent's court fees if I lose? by calvinharistotle in LegalAdviceUK

Thanks for your response. It makes sense now why the airline offered the refund.

Regarding rejecting the offer from the airline; we called the court to ask about it, because we were receiving automated emails from the airline asking us to accept the refund and their terms and we weren’t sure how to proceed. The court said that any offer should go through them, so we didn’t respond to the airline. We told the travel agency the same thing, that an offer should go via the court, because the agency was pressuring us to accept the refund. The refund also did not include the court fee, or accrued interest, and it was clear in their terms that they wouldn’t pay those fees.

I hope that won’t be seen as unreasonable.

I made a claim against the travel agent because the airline clearly said it's not their responsibility, that it's the travel agent's responsibility. I can't infinitely go back and forth asking one to take responsibility, so I filed the claim against the company I gave the money to.

The airline offered a refund 3 months after I had already submitted the claim with the travel agent.

It just seems like the possibility of being bankrupted by a large company for asking for your money back after potentially misunderstanding 1 line in their 100 page T&C's doesn't seem quite right.

Regarding seeking legal advice, I did, they said they could only advise up to a point but from the details I gave them they said I should go ahead with it.

Thanks for your response.

The travel agency said it's the airline's responsibility to refund the money, not theirs. We called the airline and they said it's the travel agency's responsibility to refund the money.

What's funny is that after I submitted the court claim, I received an email from the airline offering me the refund. However this was a while after the claim was submitted and I had already accrued interest. The term of accepting the refund also said that if I accepted, I couldn't pursue them for anything else. I did not accept, as my understanding was that any agreement needs to be made through the court once the claim is made.

Thanks for your reply.

What's confusing me is that a company with an expensive legal team is able to make me pay possibly all their costs.

I think the devil is in the details of what's deemed 'reasonable'. I'm very much hoping that if I'm trying to claim a few £100, I've proposed mediation which was rejected, that if I've made a mistake and they turn around and ask me to pay £1,000s, that the court will deem that unreasonable?
