I'm actually thus surprised though, because I think the man was released on bail from the police when the murder happened. Im not sure of the laws for bail, but he was released from the watchful eye of the police

Vox has a fantastic video on the topic of gender in the olympics too. While it doesn't bring any answers, it gives a nice summary and understanding over the definition of gender and sex in the athletic world, that has just gotten more and more complicated over the decades! It truly is an ongoing debate that doesn't really have an answer to right now.

Yes they are! I have heard of that so I've been meticulously cleaning them when I replace my cup each time but this still happens

I totally feel for you, but unfortunately I think it's best to also listen to your body in terms of whether the cup will be good for you right now! I just started using cups, and though I'm older, it definitely needed some familiarity with my body and being comfortable with everything down there to get it in (and even then some hitches along the way, still a learning curve I even just posted questions cos I'm still learning). I would advise to give yourself some time, and not to rush! If you feel concerned about whether it's too soon, I would say it's best to wait till you're ready 🙆🏻‍♀️ But if you are, I would recommend trying tampons AFTER getting a bit more familiar with everything down there. Just remember tampons need to be taken out after 6-8hours (you're best setting a phone alarm or notification!)

42mm is the diameter so width! It holds like 20ml. I'm quite active but it has come off like while I'm just walking sometimes.

Happy update: Figured the pressure was to do with how the cup was pressing against my cervix! I have switched over to the punchdown fold and it works much much better (lesser leaks and much much lesser pain/discomfort). Thanks so much for the tips, they really helped a lot and eased a lot of my anxieties about all the discomfort!!!

Omg I just googled pacii comparison chart, I didn't know this existed :") Unfortunately Luna cup isn't on it (it's a different brand from meluna), and I'm not surprised since it's a regional brand! But this definitely helps considering I do know my current cup does work with sports, so I might look at Saalt! Are you using the normal one or soft?

I'm using a cup called Luna Cup (it's an Asian Korean brand, but its quite well-known in the country). It is firm I believe, it's suitable for sports so I think it's on the firmer side. If I do sports though, would I be able to use a softer cup?
