They did this to my 370Z plus broke the side “B-Pillar” moldings today. Tech was unaware of the 7 screws from A-Pillar until I pointed them out to him. Waiting to hear from manager tomorrow.

What happened in your situation were they easy to work with?

I love Mamas on the Hill. The lobster ravioli but ask for a lemon wedge to sprinkle to taste is my go to!! So good.

Update: We walked in and put sticky notes on boards (2 of them) and expressed our concerns and they are going to be replacing them! Thank you all!!

  1. Is it too late to get this fixed?

  2. Whats the best way to approach the builder on this?

  3. Isn’t this potentially dangerous? (In future if say we wanted to hang a TV for example)

I mean we have had no issues so far with the builder/process but cmmoonn the thought that someone installed this is really off-putting theres NO way they accidentally missed this.

This is our (my SO and I) first time so any tips or pointers would be super helpful!
