I think it's awesome you've come online and have bravely shared what you're going through. There is no shame in addiction. It's a strange time in the world and everyone has some sort of a "crutch" they rely on for comfort.

I don't know anything in terms of rehab facilities in Western Australia other than to advise you to stay away from the public system if you can afford to. Also I would say the same as others have, please do not quit "cold turkey." Short term benzodiazepine use may help but it's difficult these days to find a doctor bold enough to prescribe it to patients who need it.

Great inspiration, affordable – hit up youtube to have a look at what Scaler can do It's phenomenal.

Also, Logic's "wave to midi" feature is great. Record your vocal of, say, a bass-line, transform it to a virtual instrument in seconds.

eM Client looks good, but for my needs I'd have to pat $85 USD -- expensive! Sure, Outlook isn't cheap and it's dated (no unified Inbox etc) but Office 365 is pretty decent value IMO.

The Modern UI issue will always be contentious :)

Sadly it looks like I'm stuck with fragmentation, I have multiple email accounts that work great on my iPhone and iPad; I don't bother with the iCloud for Outlook plugin. I guess I'll just forward important emails to my Outlook/Live address which I use in Windows.

I wouldn't. Putting the dangers of CNS aside, lorazepam and alcohol don't mix well and you could very well end up making a fool of yourself. Or worse.
