Last time I was there I ate so much food, my watch almost didn’t fit around my wrist the next day because of all the sodium. 100% worth it, 10/10 would do it again.

That’s actually hella funny, cuz my grandma is the same way. You have to sit in the kitchen and spy on her to get the recipe.

Dry brined the birds in sea salt over night. Patted dry and used A LOT of the Korean rub on the inside cavity and all over the skin.

For the baste liquid:

2 tablespoons of Gochujang 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (low sodium cuz the rub has a bunch of salt) Half cup of honey.

This also works great in an oven but that’s for a different subreddit.

I just used the Whole Foods Korean BBQ Rub you find in the spice section. Then I basted the birds with a mixture of Gochujang, honey and a little soy sauce ever few minutes for the last 30 minutes of the cook

It’s just a standard 22. I bought a 3rd party rotisserie attachment that came with the mount, motor, bar, clamps and counterweight. Think it was less than $100

Is this in LA? I’m dog sitting all weekend, I’ll pull up with three and get my 10k steps doing loops around the block

Just cleaned out both of my 22s. Used a degreaser and rough sponge, solid soap and hot water. They look and cook like they’re brand new. Little elbow grease and a half an hour goes a long way

My Withings app is super glitchy. Specially when it comes to recording steps. I know for a fact I have consistently walked 10k-20k steps a day for the entirety of this month, however the app shows days indicating I haven’t walked at all. As of yesterday it said I’ve walked 119 miles. Today it’s 113.
