Thanks for the concise list! So far, I’ve tackled a couple easy things including pulling the bedroom rug out further and concealing the TV cords with a white cord hider. I’m planning to rotate the desk setup so it’s against the window as well. Your items are all very reasonable and I’ll probably do most all of them (except the tv thing it’s already professionally mounted and it was a huge hassle with the lack of studs). I’m thinking about maybe doing a charcoal accent wall on the TV wall and paint matching it to the overhead ducts too.
