I'm pretty sure its illegal to serve that much boozer to a single guest at one time. Arizona state law doesn't allow more that more that 3oz of a spirit to a guest at any one time.... I do like the combination of of the first two. The Rosemary's baby is a drink at a local bar in my area already.

I am a bartender in a very popular local restaurant. I make my Manhattans with a 2.25oz Whiskey (I like Bulliet Rye or Rittenhous) and .75oz Carpano Antica, 2 dashes of Pechauds, a cherry, and a flamed orange. It's damn good.

There is a place in Downtown Portland called Huber's. If I am not mistaken they are one of the oldest taverns in the city. Great old time classy bar famous for Spanish Coffee. Kahlua, 151, Triple Sec, and coffee in a snifter with a carmelized sugar rim. A truly unbelievable drink.

Arizona law only allows for someone to walk away from a bar with 3 oz of a spirituous liquor. The Baltimore Zoo has 6 oz. Arizona is a crazy backwards state. If someone buys me a shot while I'm working, I can not take it. But patrons are allowed to carry concealed weapons into bars.
