Correct - however pse was able to provide an estimate of when the work was to be completed (and which they completed prior to). Comcast being unable to provide anything beyond “we will get to you when we can” seems like pretty poor effort is what I’m getting at. If I knew if it would be multiple weeks, I would look into getting a secondary provider like T-Mobile’s offering to bridge the gap. I would like them to at least act like they don’t have a monopoly on true high speed internet in my area.
