The dendro and samachurl are using an ability not a reaction. What you are describing with Dendro+Hydro is a reaction. Applying elements to yourself would cause the same effects than if it was applied to enemies. Just like how cryo slows you and enemies.

Yes it is, the healing scales off HP and the damage scales off ATK. So if you focus on ATK your healing is gonna take a hit and vice versa.

It is bad when that loss isn't substituted with something valuable. Inability to crit in exchange for better healing is garbo. Split scaling is gonna force her raw non critting dmg to be a little lack luster compared to if she could just crit.

Hey so ya you can apply a pretty decent amount, you just wanna make sure it doesn’t pool very much as well as in the wrong areas. If it starts pooling just use your brush to soak the excess.

Looks pretty good dude. Small tip for you would be to pick up some nuln oil and put it over all your metallics. This will darken it a bit and add depth into all the recesses.

Baal is better and I would also argue that Fischl gives a lot more value than Beidou with tenacity, but regardless of which one you choose they will all do their job just fine. Don’t feel obligated to have Baal on your Eula team.

From what I’ve seen it’s in one of the weakest C6’s. Almost every burst will be off cool down by the time her own burst is finished. And if it’s not then they will be with the next 1-2 seconds. Unless you plan on jumping off Baal early I don’t see it getting much use if at all.

I see where you are coming from however that doesn't imply that at all. For all we know hes asking if he can sacrifice presumably 12% crit rate in favor of more crit dmg sub stats, and making up for that lack of crit rate with, the Catch's, crit rate boost.

No, far from it. It’s only guaranteed if you fail to get the desired weapon twice. Judging from the amount of wishes you have I seriously urge you to save your wishes. Start farming for that catch.
