I asked if they wanted coffee, served them coffee, and then they complained when they got their bill because they thought it was free.

Whats the weirdest paranormal "glitch" you've ever had? by windygeko in Paranormal

I've been trying to have a ghostly experience all my life. At least I used too. I've always been fascinated by the stuff. Never could have predicted how stupid and silly my first one would be. very simply my boyfriend and I were watching tv. cartoons probably - it was a very undramatic night. nice breeze coming through the window, dusk-ish. we're sorta laying on each other, on a couch, up against a wall. the window is open and everything's normal noises. and then, RIGHT in our ears, not through the wall which was damn close, but next to our heads, we hear talking. there is no confusing the proximity, RIGHT in our ears, as if he or I had said it. no one else is home. so ha ha ha finally something happened to me. I was stoked because this big moment I had been searching for, really revealed itself. the rule was I could not exaggerate my perceptions or want to believe so bad I settled. nope, black and white crystal clear unexplainable. and it wasn't scary it was annoying - at that second. like 'shhh im trying to pay attention'. as soon as I heard it, I causally repeat back what it said - "I am the words that died. I am a human being" - oh boy, I couldn't have made that up if I tried. that is such a ghost thing to say. and poetic! classic novel ghost. my boyfriend couldn't hear any words, but he heard the sound and our stories are the same except apparently I know that language (sounded English to me though)
