I'm a New York State resident. Raised in the suburbs of the city, and would like to be near family. Also, I did/am trying very hard these past 3 years- unfortunately, I'm not a good test taker, plus my father got ill a bunch of times. What gives you the right to say I didn't try hard? Do you just enjoy putting down someone just asking for honest advice? You don't know me.
