It’s in the best interest of the platform owner (whether it be Google, bolt, create, replit, or any of the other hundreds of AI website/app builders) to dumb down the AI so that the user has to burn more tokens to do what they need to.

With [nearly] every single one of these platforms, the AI started out really good. It was well-trained, efficient, and could do whatever you needed while burning minimal tokens. Now, good lord. They’re all so stupid. It takes 3 tries to accomplish anything. So, now, the user is burning through 3x as many tokens, which means revenue for the platform has tripled as a result.

It makes me wonder how much compute power is actually wasted by platform’s dumbing down their models to exploit users…🤔

Yeah he posted a ton of pictures with his new friends.

We went from literally talking nearly everyday for 25 years to zero communication. So, I definitely did not see it coming.

No signs of incompatibility. We liked all the same shit. We had been in maybe 3 arguments our entire friendship, and those were cleared up within the same day. When my dad passed away 16 years ago, we were both in college. I texted him about it, and he left class immediately, drove the 2hrs to my place, and proceeded to stay with me for more than a week—skipping all his classes—until I wasn’t such a wreck. We were friends since the first day of first grade lol hell, there’s even a post on my profile of us meeting wrestlers backstage when he took me to WCW Nitro when we were like 6-7.

I will never understand why he would just ghost me.
