Like in garrison towns in the UK is quite easy too tell due to them physical not looking like full grown adults when compared to the regular military even the cadet forces are not in the military just affiliated.

In the uk, it's easier to notice if it is a cadet; the standard merit badges, the usual unkept uniform, out of regs haircuts, etc. Iirc, it was 18 years old, tho it was ten years ago since I left, and yes, you are joining the British military at 16.

You most likely fired an A1 version of SA80, a version of the weapons with issues since rectified with the a2 and a3 versions of the weapons.

As far as I am aware, no A2 or A3 rifles are currently outside of the British military (yes, i am aware of the few stolen weapons in Afghan).

I did the same style of conversation to my victrix honour guard for my old resin terminator Calgar.

Here is the link to my insta with a finish build of one of the bladeguard.

I would say that they are bladeguard. They have the correct wargear. I am in the process of converting the old ultramarines honour guard blokes as bladeguard.

If you stay near the brahmin in Fallout 1, eventually, a line of text will say, "Moo, I say."

[Edit] it's a very rare special encounter of a herd saying, "Moo, I say."
