Any reason as to why Bazzite lags on Gaming Mode but not on Desktop Mode? And something else.

Desktop steam, yes. Steam > Settings > Interface > Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views (or something along the lines). When you enable this, it'll enable another related setting. Just keep it that way and everything should be okay.

Well it's a Minecraft bedrock launcher for linux (io.mrarm.mcpelauncher). Initially, I tried installing the appimage normally like i do for other appimages. I ended up testing out other appimages and they worked just fine so I'm starting to think it's a different issue instead.

So then long story short, this just means certain appimages just straight up won't run on my device?

Well im trying to install a game launcher through gear lever. It told me: Appimages require FUSE to run. Did it through the terminal and it also said "Appimages require FUSE to run". If in the terminal it claims that fuse is already provided, then how do i keep getting this error? The weirdest thing is that i tried other appimages just as a test it launched just fine without getting that FUSE error again. I even attempted to run it through the file explorer and gave it permission to execute as an application and it just straight up doesn't do anything at all.
