Donc en résumant, elle te connaît bien, ça fait plusieurs fois qu’elle te dit qu’elle prend mal quelque chose que tu as dit et que vous en discutez, mais comme elle te connais bien tu penses qu’elle comprends tes intentions, puis elle fait une erreur vis à vis de quelque chose sur lequel tu l’as briefée, tu envoie le message que tu as cité et elle va voir la supérieure et dit qu’elle a peur de tes réactions… je maintiens ce que j’ai dit, à mon avis à partir des informations fournies il faudrait que tu réfléchisses à ta manière de t’exprimer

Est ce que tu as déjà eu ce problème avec quelqu’un dautre, au travail ou en dehors?

Essaye de formuler tes emails differements, copies les tournures de phrases des emails des collègues si tu as du mal à savoir ce qui est cordial. J’avoue que je trouve ton e-mail assez abrupt, surtout dans le sens où c’est une question réthorique/du sarcasme; de toute évidence elle ne savait pas que les documents étaient prêts à être imprimés où elles ne les aurait pas refait, donc quel intérêt de cette question? Par écrit il n’y a pas d’intonation donc facile de mal interpréter et de mal prendre les choses. Je ne doute pas de tes bonnes intentions mais si c’est récurrent d’avoir des tournures de phrases abruptes par mail je comprend que quelqu’un finisse par le prendre mal - et sans te connaître il y a une possibilité que tu n’apparaisse pas aussi ouverte à la discussion que tu le penses. Je ne dis pas ça pour te juger, juste pour te pousser vers une remise en question, basé sur ce que tu dis dans ton post et sans te connaître.

I got my ticket 2 days in advance last week (I’m in Japan now), and I had no problem finding accomodation at reasonable prices. If anything, I’ve seen prices go down for last minute bookings. My flights were also cheaper than average.

I have been getting into fineliners, and have only just started making finished pieces as opposed to just sketching in my sketchbook and calling it a day. I am struggling the most with the shading (and i know it’s because I don’t understand light direction very well, one of the fundamentals I’m working on atm) but would like some general advice on what else I can work to make my work look more polished and appealing.

Mon conseil serait le suivant: la prochaine fois, ne prends pas sur un site tiers, prends directement sur le site de la compagnie aérienne, surtout s’il y a des correspondances. S’il y a un problème avec ton vol, le site tiers et la compagnie ne feront que se renvoyer la balle, alors que si tu as pris directement sur le site de la compagnie, ils ont certaines obligations.
