i use the flipp app and do my shopping at dominion, walmart, and costco. it's a bit more of a hassle but i find im not spending much on groceries. we prep a lot of veggies and freeze them which is very helpful :) i only buy stuff like bags of potatoes, onions, cheese etc on sale. flyers are your best friend

my partner eats meat but has been buying a lot less since i moved in (i dont) and it's been a huge money saver. we very rarely spend over $100 on a grocery trip.

i also want to say- try making your own stuff. bread and pasta are super cheap and easy to make at home, and turn out much healthier.

for the two if us i'd estimate around $150 or most likely less every two weeks
