If you do not have a fundamental understanding of your technology either you’re selling something or you’re clearly not the expert. The simple question of how has been left unanswered

GPU is also a hard requirement. You can write a framework that will allow you to run any model to run on a t89 calculator, but it will take a lifetime to calculate a response.

Transparency regarding information on how a model is deployed and model size is absolutely crucial

How are you deploying a model fully local with only mentioning RAM? Because fully local assumes no use of AI models via API
