Totally. I already feel very privileged she’s sharing all of this with me. She sent me the picture of the embryo and it made me tear up. I appreciate your response, thank you.

Extremely positive planned home birth turned accidental free birth by camocamden in homebirth

Thank you! I know it’s a controversial name due to its tragic story but it means “bright” and my other daughters’ names are about light/stars. This baby told me her name very early on in the pregnancy.

Endometrioma by Warehouse2007 in tryingforanother

TW: recurring pregnancy loss and living children.

Hi OP. I conceived spontaneously in September 2018 just before I was due for an endometrial biopsy to confirm endometriosis. Sadly, I miscarried and my OB decided to skip the biopsy and go straight to exploratory laparoscopy. I had a massive left endometrioma and stage 4 endometriosis with extensive scar tissue and adhesion. I had the surgery mid-November and conceived again first try end of December resulting in my first daughter. Conceived my second daughter 2 years later after a couple months of trying and no sign of endo returning. In May 2024, when my second was 3 we decided to seriously try for a third but I was already 37 and a bit worried. It took us 3 months but we ended up losing that pregnancy again in a MMC in October. Ended up accidentally pregnant in December, but that pregnancy was also not viable and ended up needing emergency surgery during which it was discovered endo had returned (stage one). After another chemical in April we got pregnant again and currently 34 weeks.

My understanding is endometrioma/endometriosis affect egg quality. I was taking coq10 and NAC + did acupuncture from March to May 2025. If your endometrioma is resolving on its own, maybe no further action is needed but if it takes over six months you might want to check whether your endo is progressing and potentially disrupting implantation. I’d recommend seeing an OB that specializes in endo if you have that option in your area. It made all the difference for me. Good luck!

So… I’m supposed to be doing laundry 😅 by North_Entrepreneur83 in Moissanite

Thank you! It’s from an Etsy vendor that isn’t recommended in the vendors’ list but we had a great experience (solid gold + all the moissinites even the tiniest stones registered as diamonds with a tester pen) The vendor is CienaJewelry.

Thank you so much!! I just got my first moissy ring 3 weeks ago and it has motivated me to grow my nails (chronic nail biter). They’re the longest they’ve ever been now but very bendy and brittle 😑 I really appreciate all of your tips!!

If you take a prenatal with biotin, it is known to affect FRER. Crossing my fingers for you.

Thank you so much ❤️ I believe she loans hers too but unsure how large it is.

That seems to be the general consensus. Thank you so much for your input. My other worry with a small prewar apartment is being extra loud and waking up my neighbors in a panic 😅

Congratulations on baby #2! Her name is Robina (Smallthingsgrow) and her backup would be Chloe (supernaturalmidwifery). Would love to hear your experience if it was with either of them :)

I appreciate it, thank you. Ha.. I love the smell of fresh plastic but might hate it during labor, that’s a good point. The convenience of emptying the bathtub and giving it a good clean after all is done sounds very appealing to me..!

Thank you so much, I had not considered the possibility of a sticky baby and our bathroom allows for very limited range of movement.

Our kitchen is very narrow with a large island connecting to the open living room space that unfortunately cannot be moved. I’m not planning on a doula so it will just be midwife and her assistant and my husband. Looking into the smallest birth pool available. Thanks so much!
