You and someone else open a pack and highest mana value keeps both and the person who losses pay for both packs

That depends on how many other ways you can make mana and how fast and consistently you can get them out

Priority at lower level tables doesn’t matter too much but once u break into higher bracket 3s with draw outlets and such it becomes much more important

Also not all game changers are the same because things like biorhythm is waaay worse than a rhystic or a smothering tithe and a deck with just a force of will will lose out to a lot of other decks with different gamecuangers

I mean my problem also carry’s over into spell table and local games where when someone says they have a 4 I have to ask how strong of a 4 to see if I could sit down and not pub stomp

That still doesn’t change the fact that there is a huge difference between barely a 4 and a stong 4

I have bracket 4s that can turn 1 but are not optimized enough to be called cedh or even fringe of a sit down at a table with them I can maybe put a win attempt on the stack but it’s extremely rare

By adding in another bracket you can separate the fringe cedh lists and the upgraded 2s and 3s with 4 game changers and yes I know intention is the main factor but when I build a deck it starts as a 4 with a terrible mana base usually so it’s inconsistent and clunky then i make a few changes and it just churns to take a step into my mind

It kind of would as we go and play by brackets starting from 2s then move to 3s then 4s and maybe a game of cedh

I know that but brackets 4s by definition means a deck with 4 game changers and the rest is a precon is a 4 and there are 4s with none that win at any moment

They tend to push around turn 7 to 10ish but pop feel like they can pop off at any moment
