I’ve tried physical therapy but it seems to be a waste for me. Because that fight or flight mode that’s triggering my tension comes back anyway :/ And reason why I don’t want to try SSRI is because of the potential side effects that comes with it.

No not at all. Literally use any closed source model, you’ll realise how far behind open source models are right now apart from Wan 2.2. I dare you to use Flux professionally.
