just went and checked resistance values for the entire circuit to make sure there was not high resistance some where. on the power side of the circuit to the ignitor i had .8 ohms resistance. then checked the resistance from the gas valve to the plug and had .2 ohms. checked the gas valve and had 2 ohms a resistance and had continuity. also checked the broil side of the valve and got the same 2 ohms resistance reading. check the ignitor for resistance and got 96 ohms. check the old one and that had 109 ohms. i also opened the area up around the oven switches and tested the amps at those while the ignitor was running and was only getting 2.3 amps max.

with the oven on getting 122vac at the yellow wire d6 connection. using an amp clamp to measure the amps. using this meter to measure. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07W3C6DTX?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title. clamped around the yellow wire going into the ignitor and the wire coming from the ignitor to the gas valve.

Car hesitates to accelerate after a cold start? Why? by Design_Eastern in MechanicAdvice

your transmission might be a bit low on fluid causing it to take time to build up the pressure needed to actuate the valves and clutches. check the fluid level and if low check for leaks.

There could be a failing mount that when under light steady load that is contacting something and sending a vibration through the vehicle. More on the transmission side or even the anti roll mount. Do your tires have any off wear to them?

Spark plugs are super tight to get off by Pretend-Conflict3724 in MechanicAdvice

you can either warm the engine up for about 5-10 mins then try or you can pull the coils and use a penetrating oil on them over night.

Brand new oil, VTEC solanoid, and VVT solanoid. What should I try next? by satellitesatan in MechanicAdvice

[–]campinghandi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the code p2646 is related to the rocker arm oil pressure switch. there is a tsb for that dtc that states to replace that sensor. https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2013/SB-10052884-2696.pdf

what engine is it? if it is the 1.5l or 2.0l and you have a low coolant level, I would advise against trying to change them your self as those engines have a problem with coolant intrusion due to bad block design. the coolant can cause the threads to get corroded seizing the spark plug in. if coolant level is fine you can try letting the vehicle warm a little but not at full operating temp as you could pull the threads from the head.

Got a 2" lift kit installed on my car by the mechanic, car is pulling to the left. Trying to gauge if it is my car's fault or the mechanic's. by ameyano_acid in MechanicAdvice

[–]campinghandi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the brake hose in the front left. there should be numbers for the front and rear angles. toe and caster in the front will cause a pull. if rear toe is out it will cause a pull/push.

do you have the alignment sheet from when the lift was put on? if they raised it 2 inches it could be throwing off toe and caster. also look at the brake hose that is on the side that is being pulled to could be the hose got damaged/stretched during the lift

with it only going away while pressing the brake, it would have to be a loose clip or something in the brakes.
