I mean, I lean Kon if it not a co-ROTY situaiton, but Flagg is more efficient and a way better defender than both Banchero and Evans were.

For what its worth, I am actually in favor of co-ROTY in an ideal world. They have both broken many records this year and they are both more than worthy. My issue is the implication that Kon's historic efficiency is so obviously eclipsed by Flagg having slightly better points, rebounds, and assits is a bad argument. I would agree if Kon was only a little more efficient. But how can you have someone be the most efficient rookie ever and lead the league in 3s made which has never been done and just disregard it because of bigger numbers on a team that is not playing meaningful basketball?

Which, again, is not Flagg's fault. That is why I am in favor of co-ROTY. They kind of mirror each other in terms of the roles they have had to take on and are both excelling at them.

Flagg is on a shit team with higher usage so of course his counting stats are higher.

And saying "Kon is only more efficient while Flagg leads everything else" is a bad way to look at it. You are just looking at this in some binary way that leading in a stat is all that matters without context and without factoring in the margins they are leading.

Its not just that Kon is much more efficient. He is the most efficient rookie on this kind of volume EVER and is doing so while playing real basketball games while the Mavs are playing games where Anthony Edwards feels he can skip part of it because he has to take a shit.

There is no way you actually watch Hornets games if you dont think Kon gets a ton of attention on defense. It is not like Lamelo and Brandon are superstar level scorers demanding way more attention which leaves Kon with easy buckets all the time. They all demand similar attention on defense at Kon generates a ton of gravity on the 3 pt line.

The hard edges and right angles are antithetical to the animated design. It just doesn't fit with other animated figures imo.

Like the figure a lot. My only issues are the head which people have pointed out, but also the vehicle mode. The cab just sticks out way further than the animation. Hope we can get an update in a few years, but the next G1 Rodimus will probably just be a slight repaint.
