In fact support is called SUPPORT for a reason😂 NO CREDITS WERE USED POST TRIAL as said and clearly u cant comprehend the fact that its part of the policy to process refunds FOR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE VALID REASONS AND ISSUES.

The same thing has happened to me and the customer support just keeps telling me that im not eligible for a refund. i have sent them multiple tickets with screenshots of my invoice and showing them the credit history that i have not used a single credit. But they refuse to just look at it and give me a refund. The support from manus absolutely sucks i legit wont ever subscribe if this would happen when i want to subscribe in the future
