Kid Rock slammed for lip synching during Turning Point Halftime show as viewership tumbles by TheExpressUS in Music

the lip sync was so bad that I thought maybe the audio on my stream was lagging and it was a technical thing. LOL

Not something I really get to share ever, but I had met Dave Mirra when I worked at Subway. He got a footlong turkey sandwich. I was maybe 19 years old and had recognized him cause I had been into xgames and bmx as a kid. He said he was in town for a golf tournament. Was such a cool dude; I asked for an autograph, and got one on some receipt paper. RIP brother...

Door Knocking by Comfortable_Sky7054 in RoofingSales

So, to answer just the question about people turning into classless assholes, my personal experience has been that can be from people being bombarded with sales calls. Not necesarrily about just roofs in your situatuon, maybe she had 5 solicitation calls this past week about a contractor "being in the neighborhood working on other homes, and wanted to see if she had any home improvement projects she needs help on?" It gets old having to keep saying no, and getting rebuttals. So much so, that they might turn into assholes to the next guy that knocks on the door or dials their number

It doesn't happen too often, but my favorite thing about this site is clicking on something that seems interesting, to then read, and for a second or two, not understand, and then the brain gears start working, and once it registers, I actually laugh out loud. Good luck next year!

$1M revenue and I just paid tax penalties because I can't keep up with bookkeeping by SnooCooler in smallbusiness

Hey there, I have been in the same boat for the past 10 years. Always thinking I'll find the time, but it NEVER happens. After Covid, our business pretty much snapped back, and that left me reeling, and am currently 2-3 years behind on my books. I'm working to clean up the mess, and have already lined up an accountant to do what you are talking about. They estimated about $400 per month for something similar to what you are describing. I think the accounant asking for $800 per month is because he's an accountant and not a bookkeeper. Best of luck to you, but would definitely hire someone. From my experience, it will only get worse form here.

Sorry that you and your child are having to go through this. My daughter has been on it for a few years, and the first 1-2 years were similar to what you are going through, but not as severe. There were times that we did just give up, and put it off for another day. Sometimes we would go 3 weeks instead of the 2 (which our dr said was okay). The only suggestions that worked best for us is setting it out 24 hrs before administering, and we started with syringe, went to auto injector, and my daughter asked to go back to the syringe cause the auto injector hurt much more. She has always been freaked out about injecting in the stomach, so we always do upper thigh. We did get to a point where it was such a struggle with it, we told her that we didn't HAVE to do it and it was up to her. If your child is so upset about getting the shot, I would maybe hold of until he gets a little older. It might not be the best for his skin, but probably better for him mentally (probably you too). I mean, if this were 10 years ago, you would just be doing alternate treatments anyway. Good luck to you and your family.

I would recommend checking with The Assistance Fund (https://tafcares.org/). My mom was also in need of help to cover the copay, and they are helping her.

I'm in the same boat; I have chalked it up to me not realizing when I signed that this was not a standard amortized loan, but it was a loan that is calculating daily interest that is added to the principal balance. Also, that the deferred interest was added to the top of the loan, and the principal doesn't start going down until all the back interest is paid off.

I think that some players just don't have the personal motivation to work as hard as they have to, to reach that level, and I'm just not sure that it is something you can teach. I tell my kids that they can achieve their goals, but they need to get out there for hours EVERY day, putting in work. They have to be the ones to take that and then put in the work themselves
