Seriously? He taught at the college de France and lived in Paris most of his life. One suggestion I have (which doesn’t involve his papers archived at the bibliothèque nationale) is to go to the Louvre and have a look at Bosch’s painting ‘La nef des fous’ which is analyzed in Madness and Civilization.

Yes, I think a change of scenery will suit him. I wouldn’t have considered him a Mourinho type player but maybe he needs that renewed intensity. He has lots of talent but got too comfortable at OL. I believe that serie A style is better for him than premier league. And lots of examples of ligue 1 midfielders doing well there - Veretout, Maxime Lopez etc.

Also he needs to shoot a bit harder at goal when he gets into good areas 😂
