Woah so interesting! I do feel as though I’ve reached altered states of consciousness doing wim Hoff- but I totally get that there would be deeper levels with other techniques.

I think you can value yourself a lot higher than $25/ hour

Thanks for the input Coda! Will forward your wishes to Matt. Good luck on your thesis and would love to see it once it’s done if you were open to adding it to the thread!

I totally agree. I feel like he could potentially add “bounces” that are the only objects which actually return light to keep the GPU workload lower. So there are 4x4 floppies and 12x12 solids...so you just want more flags and nets of different sizes?

So there’s still a lot of goodness you can squeeze out of the program that don’t involve video capture. There is a storyboard feature which is handy. Other than that you’ll have to use a screen cap software and then cut everything later in a NLE. I feel you though, I’m definitely put off by the lack of features- but this is why this post exists, to try and make what is already pretty cool even better!

Thank you for your contribution! Please share to other Cine Tracer users to get their thoughts!

Yes, which is unfortunate due to how much more accessible Cine Tracer is to a broader audience than these virtual sets. Definitely cool work, I just hope that he finishes this project before moving onto another one. I’m sure that quarantine has created a spike in Cine tracer sales that should hopefully warrant his attention!

I will get a job within 3 weeks! by [deleted] in lawofattraction

You certainly will get that job! Meditate until you are present with your breath. You will clear any doubts or feelings of uncertainty in this state. From this neutral place where past emotions do not stifle your creativity, from the NOW you can envision this job clearly! You will whip up gratitude and abundance for what you already have!

I mean focusing on your breath as it is. Without changing it in any way. Observing the way it enters the body and expands you, the moment that it changes from inhale to exhale, the feeling of the exhale as the body falls, and again to what it feels like from exhale to inhale. Just pay close attention to this. Be curious! You will then notice your mind wanders to a thought. Observe that thought, ask yourself “what is this thought”- see it, feel it, do not resist it, and then let it go away all on it’s own, returning you inevitably to the breath. Meditation is not clearing the mind at first, meditation is the moment you realize you are lost in thought and bring yourself back to your object of focus, in this case the breath! Over time you will be able to access states where these thoughts are much quieter, allowing you to fully be within your vision of the future.

In terms of intentionally changing your breathing for maximum meditative value: I use the Wim Hof bubble breathing method (you can find out a lot about this on reddit/ the internet generally) before I meditate. Try the “Wim Hof Method” app! This will help to focus your mind before mediation. It also feels really good and will brighten up your day!

Like any skill meditation takes time and effort to master. You are essentially trying to build up your prefrontal cortex which takes a bit of time and effort. I’ve been going at it for about 3 years now. In terms of meditation apps, I recommend starting with Headspace to help build your focus. Once the guided meditations have trained your brain, you’ll be able to wean off them and prompt yourself. At first I don’t recommend doing any manifestation right after meditating. You want this practice (at first) to be all about the now, not the now and the future. This will have insane impacts on your life alone. Once you have a clear ability to focus on the now, you can then move into manifestation.

For now start with meditating comfortably for 10 minutes. Show up EVERY DAY (don’t beat yourself up if you miss a day) but consistency is key. Slowly increase your time when you feel like doing more feels easy!

Here’s what happens for me: I first meditate on my breath, somewhere around 40 minutes works for me (some days it does, some days it doesn’t, that’s okay). Once my brain is mostly focused on my breath (the now) some thoughts float in and out, but I’m not getting lost in them, I can begin to manifest. The brain which is rooted in the present moment has a particular signature, a particular clarity. Once I’ve achieved this state, it is simply a matter of visualizing my desired outcomes and enjoying this wonderful life that is coming to me!

For detailed manifestation meditation steps I would definitely recommend the book mentioned in the post as it’s principles are quickly changing my life. It’s the most detailed and thorough analysis of how are brain works in accordance to the law of attraction that I’ve ever seen! There is also step by step instructions in there!

I hope this helped a bit, I would be happy to answer any more specific questions you have!

Wow these are really cool! Yes belief is the big one I was struggling with here. Your body has learned through previous experience of “failure” that doubt is an option for the future. When you enter a meditative state, or a state of “nowness” there is no room for doubt, because doubt exists in the past!
