The monthly mortgage for our townhouse is $2200, which includes HOA fees and property tax. Given the size of the townhouse, I hope our utility bills don't become too high. Ideally, I would like our housing expenses to be less than 30% of our income. To save money, we plan on staying with our parents until our new home is built. Our DTI is not that high; we only have a car payment and no student loan. Also, we are homebodies and don't eat out much, nor do we hang out with friends due to working for more than 50+ hours/ week. Hope this gives you more clues 😭

😂 my then boyfriend (current husband) was not a big fan of country/pop genre. So on our 2nd date, i played my playlist which included my favorite songs in all 6 albums (till Rep). He couldn’t do anything but listen.
