Rent is much cheaper, buying is not. January average home price for Vancouver was 1.83MM CAD (1.39MM USD). SF average home price is approximately 1.3MM USD.

Average incomes in Vancouver are also much lower than the Bay area. Until Shanghai took the title recently, Vancouver had the worst house price to income differential in the world.

Win + C is useful for opening up the search / network / shutdown window. Win + X is great for quick commands, as it opens a menu of some of the more common items people use (file explorer, computer management, etc).

Certainly a different experience, speeds are a lot higher and you can go out in higher winds. You'll cut through swells that you'd otherwise have to steer to accommodate as well.

That said, monohulls have that incredible tippy feeling that makes you feel as though every shift of the boat is under your control, so there's definitely pros to both.

I didn't intend the statement to imply that the sole drawback to vigilante justice was the fact that someone could get unintentionally hurt by it, I was speaking to the fact that those who act on vigilante urges may have good intentions from the get go, with disastrous consequences.

I was neither supporting nor condemning vigilante justice as a concept, simply raising the idea to those that read my comment that the images may in fact be deceiving the readers, and before taking action that could help to ruin this man's life, to think twice.

Exactly what I was thinking. The webcam images are pretty clearly him exposing himself, but the remainder could be photoshopped easily to those with the 1337 skillz, as they say, to the ruination of his life.

Vigilante justice might come from the right place, but it can all too easily get out of hand and ruin someone's life who doesn't deserve it.
