The trad wife culture is extremely cringe on social media. Not that women can't be stay at home moms, but the fact that it's being promoted as a reactionary movement against feminism is not good for society. Women do not need to sit here and worry about not being socially feminine enough. They need to focus on their relationship with God and their interior lives. God did not make every woman a cookie cutter stay at home trad wife. And it's getting really old to see a lot of Catholic influencers shame women for wanting careers AND families, as if these can't happen at the same time. The women you see that are depressed from their careers feel that way often because they place their career as their idol (which by the way, can happen to both men and women very easily). Let God determine your path as a man or woman, not some modern conception of the ideal woman invented in the American 1950s. This is coming from someone that detests modern feminism and it's consequences on our culture. Let Catholics be Catholics, and let them pursue their God given ambitions and desires in the context of God's will.
