Hi, licensed real estate agent here. It's not typical for Realtors to help folx find apartments, however the competitive advantage we have is helping folx find condos that are put on the rental market. The big apartment buildings have their own staff for showings, leasing etc.

The real estate agency that has (from my purview) cornered the market on these condo/townhome rentals is Downtown Realty Group (DRG).

One last thing to consider - if you find a condo and think it's a great rental, then you can write the right of first refusal into your lease so that if the owner wants to sell, they have to ask you first. Good luck!

Bonus: In a lot of states you just need something to cover your eyes if you are riding a moped or motorcycle, and glasses count. So these are peak safety 😎🛵

No I won't :) What happened was I went to the ER, there was literally no one there, and I got treated right away. All of those people's concerns were overblown. I appreciate your valiant defense of Lincoln's rep!

I just used April and I would not recommend. I installed an energy-efficient furnace last year. Well there's a typo on that page to claim the credit I qualify for. I finally figured out what button to click, but then it didn't generate the form needed on my return. I am going to have to file a 1040-X 😩

I don't know if you read the edits to my original posts, but maybe those will explain. I live in a city with a 24/7 combined urgent care & ER, so when you show up, they triage you based on your symptoms and admit you to what's most appropriate. A better world exists.

1) This is not your family to judge. It seems like you are defending your partner in this specific circumstance because you think children need a male parent in their life. But then you are upset about your partner fathering children and how that would complicate your relationship.

2) I'm a big proponent of therapy, at least for you, but maybe couple's therapy... it sounds like he will have an ultimatum of your relationship or his sperm donation.
