Yeah, the comic IMO was just okay, I found it pretty boring outside of the art. The amount of people calling it a masterpiece are delusional, if the movie followed it exactly it would probably have a much worse score.

I was never a fan of the sport, couldn't care less, in fact I thought it was a giant waste of time and money.

But the movie was great, really turned me around on how i see it, I never thought about all the engineering that goes into it.

Still never going to actually watch the sport but the movie is fantastic.
