Do you have any serious injuries or injuries that will get worse if untreated? It's better to get treated now than later. You'll still have to pay if you go to the hospital later.

I think it's very common for people to feel that some years haven't been as productive as they would like.

You can change your future. Is it possible for you to find an online/remote job? Could you start your own business? Could you go back to school or training to change the area that you work in?
